filter coffee
Filter No. 1
Filter No. 1
Sweet caramel notes and a delicate fruitiness — our house blend for filter, built on balance rather than effect.
It combines 70 % Brazilian with 30 % Ethiopian beans. The Brazilian side brings the pleasant sweetness and the body, the Ethiopian share sets the fruity highlights on top. That ratio is what makes it an everyday coffee: strong enough for the morning pot, clear enough for an afternoon pour-over.
Medium roast, with washed and natural processed lots. It works with milk just as well as black — and it is the most affordable bean in our range without tasting like it.
