A fruit-forward natural by producer Luis Anibal Calderon, grown at 1,450 masl in Colombia. This Catimor variety shows its full potential when natural processing amplifies intensity and aromatics.

Expect punchy blueberry and tart cranberry, complemented by a lifted hibiscus florality. The acidity is lively and present, the finish clean and refreshing. A coffee with clear fruit character and high drinkability.
