Dark & Twisty

Dark & Twisty is our house espresso blend — built for those who want a reliable, characterful coffee without compromise.

Four Arabica origins — Ethiopia, Colombia, Peru, and Brazil — are combined into a blend that balances body with approachability. Ethiopia contributes subtle fruity undertones that remain perceptible at medium roast. Brazil anchors the cup with a nutty base, while Colombia and Peru add balance and a clean finish.

Flavour profile: Chocolate · Caramel · Nuts — with a gentle residual sweetness and low perceived bitterness.

Both washed and natural processing methods are represented in this blend, giving it both structure and aromatic complexity.

Recommended brewing methods: Espresso machine (portafilter) · Moka pot · Bean-to-cup machine

Works exceptionally well with milk and milk alternatives — the blend holds its character clearly even through oat milk. Also recommended as a straight black espresso.
